Controls for Projection Screens

SS-1R

Part Number: 121001

The SS-1R is a standard control included with most Draper electrically operated screens. Comes standard as a silver plate with a black switch (also available in white). It is a 3-position rocker switch. Switch operation is sustained contact. Complete with single-gang cover plate. UL listed. 115V current. Also available in 220V.

LVC-IV and LVC-S

Part Number: 121223

Kit contains one (1) LVC-IV control Module and one (1) LVC-S low voltage switch. The LVC-IV low voltage control is used to control one 115V motor by a third party system in a variety of ways

  • Low voltage wall switch
  • “dry” contact closure
  • RF (radio frequency)
  • IR (infrared)
  • Serial Communication
  • low voltage relay (3v-28v)

Works with LVC-S, WRT, IRT/R, SP-KSM, Aux. “dry” contacts and KS-1 Power Supply Switch.

The LVC-IV is housed in a single box, 3-compartment and UL Listed. A low voltage switch (LVC-S) is included. The module contains:

  • a 3-screw terminal block for a low voltage wall switch
  • an IR receiver jack
  • a built-in RF receiver
  • two-RJ25 ports for RS232/RS485
  • a low voltage relay port with cable
  • user-serviceable 3.5 A fuse

The LVC-IV (module only) may be built into Access (Access Fit, Standard Access and Access XL) V & E, Signature V & E, Ultimate Access V & E, Silhouette V & E, Premier, Targa and Envoy. Factory installed controls will increase the length of the case in the Premier and Targa. Call for exact case length if this dimension is critical.

Low Voltage Wall Switch

Part Number: 121171

This wall switch is for motors with built-in low voltage and features three buttons for “up”, “stop”, and “down” control. It is supplied with a 25’ RJ9 data cable. It also features 4 quick connect terminals to connect your own four conductor wire. The Low Voltage Wall Switch is necessary to set/adjust the motor limits and is supplied with the screen. Additional Low Voltage Wall Switches can be added to the screen in parallel.

ILT RF Transmitter/Receiver

Part Number: 121167

The ILT RF is a hand-held RF transmitter. 3-button control lets you change direction or adjust format at any point. The RF receiver plugs into the terminal block in the screen housing.

ILT IR Transmitter/Receiver

Part Number: 121169

The ILT IR is an Infrared (IR) transmitter and receiver. 3-button operation for instant access to “up”, “down”, and “stop” functions. Fully compatible with “learnable” IR master control systems. The IR receiver plugs into the terminal block in the screen housing.

ILT Extra IR Transmitter

Part Number: 121170

An extra IR transmitter

LVC-IV (Low Voltage Control Module)

Part Number: 121222

The LVC-IV low voltage control is used to control one 115V motor by a third party system in a variety of ways:

  • Low voltage wall switch
  • “dry” contact closure
  • RF (radio frequency)
  • IR (infrared)
  • Serial Communication
  • low voltage relay (3v-28v)

Works with LVC-S, WRT, IRT/R, SP-KSM, Aux. “dry” contacts and KS-1 Power Supply Switch.

The LVC-IV is housed in a single box, 3-compartment and UL Listed. The module contains:

  • a 3-screw terminal block for a low voltage wall switch
  • an IR receiver jack
  • a built-in RF receiver
  • two-RJ25 ports for RS232/RS485
  • a low voltage relay port with cable
  • a user-serviceable 3.5 A fuse

The LVC-IV (module only) may be built into Access (Access Fit, Standard Access and Access XL) V & E, Signature V & E, Ultimate Access V & E, Silhouette V & E, Premier, Targa and Envoy. Factory installed controls will increase the length of the case in the Premier and Targa. Call for exact case length if this dimension is critical.

LVC-S (Low Voltage Control Module)

Part Number: 121225

The LVC-S (Low Voltage Control Station) is a 3-button control switch for use with the LVC-IV. It features three buttons for “up”, “stop” and “down” control. Quick connect terminals on the back of the switch connect to the LVC-IV using your own 4-conductor wire.

IRT/R

Part Number: 121227

The IRT/R is an Infrared (IR) transmitter/Receiver kit for use with the new LVC-IV Low Voltage Control. Fully compatible with “learnable” IR master control systems. Kit includes one Infrared Transmitter and one Infrared Receiver.

WRT Wireless Transmitter, RF type

Part Number: 121226

Hand-held radio frequency transmitter (WRT). 3-button control lets you stop or change direction at any point. For use with LVC-IV Low Voltage Control Module.

IRT (Infrared Remote Transmitter)

Part Number: 121228

Infrared transmitter (IRT) for use with the new LVC-IV Low Voltage Control. Requires a compatible receiver.

VIC-12 (Video Interface Control)

Part Number: 121024

Allows screen to be controlled by projector switch. When the projector comes on, the screen descends automatically. The VIC-12 interfaces screen operation with a video projector or tuner featuring a 12V switched outlet.

The VIC may be built into Access V & E. Factory installed controls will increase the length of the case. Call for exact case length as this dimension is critical.

The VIC-12 can be purchased with an override switch (VIC-OS), permitting independent operation. A VIC is not compatible with an LVC-IV, built-in or otherwise.

VIC-OS

Part Number: 121023

The VIC-OS acts to lower a product when that product is normally controlled by one of the VICs, and it is not desired to activate that VIC. For example, a screen is controlled by a VIC-12, which activates upon the turning on of a video projector. Occasionally, an overhead or slide projector is used instead of the video projector. On these occasions, it is not desirable to turn on the video projector in order to lower the screen. This is where the VIC-OS could be used to lower the screen instead. Double-Pole, Double-Throw (On-On). Maintained action.
